History

By decision of the Financial Supervision Commission No. 283-POD/30.07.2003, "DZI-PENSION ASSURANCE" JSC was issued LICENSE No. 01-POD/12.8.2003 for the provision of supplementary pension assurance activities.

On 08.08.2003, by a decision of the Sofia City Court in a company case No. 8910/2003, a joint-stock company under the name "DZI-PENSION ASSURANCE" JSC was registered with its headquarters and management address in Sofia, Sredets Municipality, Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. No. 6. The company is represented and managed jointly by the executive members of the Board of Directors - Valeri Yordanov Alexiev-Chairman of the Board and Andrey Iliev Shotov - Deputy Chairman of the Board.

On 11.09.2003, at a General Meeting of the company's shareholders, a decision was made to establish "DZI - Universal Pension Fund", "DZI - Professional Pension Fund" and "DZI - Voluntary Pension Fund", which are to be managed by "DZI - Pension Assurance" JSC.

By decision of the Financial Supervision Commission No. 422-UPF/15.10.2003, "DZI - Pension Assurance" JSC was granted permission to manage "DZI - Universal Pension Fund".

By decision of the Financial Supervision Commission No. 534-PPF/27.11.2003, "DZI - Pension Assurance" JSC was granted permission to manage "DZI - Professional Pension Fund".

By decision of the Financial Supervision Commission No. 535-DPF/27.11.2003, "DZI - Pension Assurance" JSC was granted permission to manage "DZI - Voluntary Pension Fund".

On 06.11.2003, by decision of the Sofia City Court in a company case No. 11576/2003, "DZI - Universal Pension Fund" was registered.

On 03.12.2003, by decision of the Sofia City Court in a company case No. 12563/2003, "DZI - Professional Pension Fund" was registered.

On 03.12.2003, by decision of the Sofia City Court in a company case No. 12568/2003, "DZI - Voluntary Pension Fund" was registered.

At an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 23.02.2007, a decision was made to change the name of the company and the UPF, PPF and DPF it manages.

By Decision No. 4/27.4.2007 of the SCC - F.O. in a company case No. 8910/2003, the new name of the company "PENSION ASSURANCE COMPANY - FUTURE" JSC was entered.

By Decision No. 2 of 05.06.2007 of the SCC - F.O. in a company case No. 12568/2003, the new name of the DPF, managed by the company - "VOLUNTARY PENSION FUND-FUTURE" was entered.

By Decision No.2 of 05.06.2007 of the SCC - F.O. in a company case No. 12563/2003, the new name of the PPF, managed by the company - "PROFESSIONAL PENSION FUND-FUTURE" was entered.

By Decision No. 2 of 19.06.2007 of the SCC - F.O. in a company case No. 11576/2003, the new name of the UPF, managed by the company - "UNIVERSAL PENSION FUND-FUTURE" was entered.
