Trifon Grudev was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC at the end of 2011.

He has many years of experience in the field of insurance, security, commercial, civil, and criminal law. He is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

He holds a master's degree in law from UNWE (University of National and World Economy).

He speaks English and Russian.

In 2003, Andrey Shotov was elected as the Executive Director of "DZI-Pension Insurance" JSC, which was renamed to "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC in 2007.

He holds a master's degree from the Higher Institute of Economics "Karl Marx" (now the University of National and World Economy, UNWE) with a specialty in "Management of APP".

His career began with commercial activities in "Himimport" JSC, after which he continued in "BEP-Koskor" Ltd and "Global Sports Statistics Bulgaria" Ltd, where he held various management positions.

Andrey Shotov led the team of "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC, which was the first in the sector to integrate Evrotrust technology and digitalize the service of insured individuals with an updated mobile application and digital platform.

He speaks German.

 Тодор Лилов се присъединява към „ПОД-Бъдеще“ АД в началото на 2024 г. като оперативен директор, а от август същата година заема позицията на изпълнителен директор и член на Съвета на директорите.

Той притежава богат опит в сферата на маркетинга и продажбите, натрупан през многогодишната му работа в ръководни позиции в редица водещи компании. В "Tesy" той изпълнява длъжността търговски директор, а в ПОК "Доверие" ръководи продажбите като директор продажби.

Тодор Лилов е магистър по стопанско управление и бакалавър по маркетинг мениджмънт от Икономическия университет - Варна. Владее английски и руски език.

Petya Todorova joined "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC as the company's Trade Director in December 2018. 

She has 20 years of experience in the field of supplementary pension insurance in sales. Over the years, she has held the positions of: Deputy Sales Director at PIC "DSK - Rodina" JSC and PIC "Saglasie" JSC, Trade Director at PIC "Toplina" JSC, "Pension Insurance Institute" JSC, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Executive Member of PIC "Toplina" JSC.

She graduated from the 91st German Language High School "Karl Liebknecht". She holds a master's degree in "Economic Sociology" from UNWE, and a master's degree in "Corporate Management" from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics.

Минко Герджиков притежава магистърска степен по „Финанси и кредит“ от Висшия икономически институт „Карл Маркс“ (дн. УНСС).

Професионалният му опит включва ръководни позиции в публичния и частния сектор. Бил е заместник-министър на търговията, заместник-кмет и временно изпълняващ длъжността кмет на Столична община.

След напускането на общината става изпълнителен директор на Гръцкия бизнес съвет в България.От 2014 до 2019 г. е член на Съвета на директорите на банка „Пиреос“.  От 2020 г. е член на управителния съвет на ПФК „Левски“ (София).

Минко Герджиков е независим член на Надзорния съвет на Пощенска банка (Юробанк България АД),от декември  2023 г.

Maya Urumova joined "Pension Assurance Company - Future" AD as Financial Director at the beginning of 2019. She has accumulated experience as a chief accountant and financial director in various fields such as trade, services, and construction. Before joining "Pension Assurance Company - Future " AD, she was the chief accountant for another pension assurance company.

She has completed a master's degree in "Finance and Credit."

She speaks Slovak and has proficiency in English.

Милена Гергова се присъединява към “ПОД – Бъдеще “ АД през април месец 2024г.  като Мениджър Продажби, а от август същата година заема позицията на Търговски Директор.

Притежава 19 годишен опит в областта на допълнителното пенсионно осигуряване в сферата на продажбите. Работила е в ПОК Доверие АД и ПОК Съгласие АД.

 

Притежава магистърска степен по специалност „Счетоводство и контрол“ от Стопанска Академия „Д.А.Ценов“ – гр. Свищов.

Iva Naumova joined the team of "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC as Legal Consultant in January 2012. She has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of insurance and social security law, commercial law, EU law, mergers and acquisitions, and has consulted insurance, reinsurance, and public companies.

She holds a Master's degree in Law from Sofia University "Kliment Ohridski" and a Master's degree in "Law and Policies of the European Union" from the University of Bordeaux IV Montesquieu, France.

She is fluent in English and French.

Tsvetomir Kalchev joined "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC as Director of "Information Systems" in October 2018. Before that, he had over 17 years of experience in the field of information technology in several pension insurance companies, where he held both expert and directorial positions.

He holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University.

He is fluent in English.

Mihaela Vasileva joined the team of "POD-Budeshte" JSC in 2019 as the Head of the "Internal Control" function. 

She holds a master's degree in the specialty "Economic and Financial Control" and a bachelor's degree in "Insurance and Social Affairs" with a specialization in "Actuarial" from SA "D. A. Tsenov - town of Svishtov. She has many years of experience in the field of supplementary pension insurance, including as an employee of the Financial Supervision Commission. She participated in a number of national courses and seminars related to the supervision of financial institutions and internal control.

She speaks English, uses Russian.
