Trifon Grudev was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC at the end of 2011.

He has many years of experience in the field of insurance, security, commercial, civil, and criminal law. He is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

He holds a master's degree in law from UNWE (University of National and World Economy).

He speaks English and Russian.

In 2003, Andrey Shotov was elected as the Executive Director of "DZI-Pension Insurance" JSC, which was renamed to "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC in 2007.

He holds a master's degree from the Higher Institute of Economics "Karl Marx" (now the University of National and World Economy, UNWE) with a specialty in "Management of APP".

His career began with commercial activities in "Himimport" JSC, after which he continued in "BEP-Koskor" Ltd and "Global Sports Statistics Bulgaria" Ltd, where he held various management positions.

Andrey Shotov led the team of "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC, which was the first in the sector to integrate Evrotrust technology and digitalize the service of insured individuals with an updated mobile application and digital platform.

He speaks German.

 

Александър Колев е утвърден мениджър с над 20 години професионален опит във финансовия сектор, пенсионното осигуряване, застраховането, банковото дело и управлението на търговски структури. През своята кариера заема висши ръководни и управленски позиции в едни от водещите компании в България, като успешно ръководи екипи, развива национални мрежи за продажби и реализира стратегии за устойчив растеж. 

От 2024 г. е Член на Съвета на директорите на ЗД “Евроинс” АД, а преди това заема длъжността Търговски директор на дружеството. В периода 2023–2024 г. е Търговски директор на “ПОД–Бъдеще” АД, където отговаря за разработването и изпълнението на търговската стратегия, развитието на мрежата от осигурителни посредници и управлението на продажбите и партньорските отношения. 

Професионалният му опит включва още позиции като Главен оперативен директор и член на Съвета на директорите на Фаст Пей ХД АД, Регионален директор в ПОК „Доверие“, Регионален мениджър в Ти Би Ай Банк, както и редица ръководни функции в телекомуникационния сектор. Притежава доказани компетенции в областта на корпоративното управление, стратегическото планиране, развитието на търговски мрежи, управлението на продажби, бизнес развитието и изграждането на ефективни екипи. 

Александър Колев е магистър по „Застрахователен бизнес и риск мениджмънт“ от Висшето училище по застраховане и финанси (ВУЗФ) и бакалавър по „Маркетинг и комуникации“. Допълнително е преминал специализирани обучения по мениджмънт, лидерство, организационно развитие и управление на екипи. 

В качеството си на Член на Съвета на директорите и Изпълнителен директор на “ПОД–Бъдеще” АД, той ще работи за устойчивото развитие на дружеството, утвърждаването на високи стандарти на корпоративно управление и създаването на дългосрочна стойност за осигурените лица и партньорите на компанията. 

 

 Lyubomir Mutafchiev joined POD-Budeshte AD in 2019 as Head of the Risk Management Function. In December 2024, he was elected as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of POD-Budeshte AD. 

He has extensive professional experience in the fields of banking and finance, having served as Corporate Banking Manager at UniCredit Bulbank AD and CIBANK EAD, as well as Risk Manager for Corporate Clients at CIBANK EAD. He has also worked as an Internal Auditor for European Union programmes and funds at the Agency for State Financial Inspection (ASFI). 

Mr. Mutafchiev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Control and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School, Madrid. 

He is a Certified Independent Appraiser of business enterprises and receivables, as well as real estate, accredited by the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria (CIAB). 

He is fluent in English. 

 

Minko Gerdjikov holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Credit from the Karl Marx Higher Institute of Economics (now the University of National and World Economy – UNWE). 

His professional career includes senior leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. He has served as Deputy Minister of Trade, Deputy Mayor, and Acting Mayor of the Municipality of Sofia. 

Following his tenure in municipal government, he became Chief Executive Officer of the Greek Business Council in Bulgaria. From 2014 to 2019, he was a Member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank. Since 2020, he has been a Member of the Management Board of PFC Levski (Sofia). 

Since December 2023, Mr. Gerdzhikov has been an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD). 

Maya Urumova joined "Pension Assurance Company - Future" AD as Financial Director at the beginning of 2019. She has accumulated experience as a chief accountant and financial director in various fields such as trade, services, and construction. Before joining "Pension Assurance Company - Future " AD, she was the chief accountant for another pension assurance company.

She has completed a master's degree in "Finance and Credit."

She speaks Slovak and has proficiency in English.

 

Паулина Георгиева е завършила Стопанска академия „Димитър А. Ценов“ – гр. Свищов, с придобита образователно-квалификационна степен магистър по „Финанси“, със специализация „Банково дело“. 

Професионалният и опит надхвърля 22 години в областта на допълнителното пенсионното осигуряване и животозастраховането. 

В „Пенсионно осигурителна компания ОББ“ ЕАД част от KBC Group в продължение на девет години е заемала длъжността Регионален мениджър за Северна България, като е отговаряла за организацията, управлението  и изграждането на  търговска структура в сътрудничество с Обединена Българска Банка и  ДЗИ Застраховане. Заемала е и мениджърска позиция в NN Пенсионно осигуряване и  ING Group в областта на животозастраховането и  допълнителното пенсионно осигуряване. 

В рамките на професионалната си кариера Паулина Георгиева е изпълнявала ръководна функция и е управлявала продажбите  в „Групама Животозастраховане“ ЕАД и ЗД „ДСК Гаранция“ ЕАД на позиция Регионален мениджър  и Мениджър Агенция Животозастраховане. 

Iva Naumova joined the team of "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC as Legal Consultant in January 2012. She has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of insurance and social security law, commercial law, EU law, mergers and acquisitions, and has consulted insurance, reinsurance, and public companies.

She holds a Master's degree in Law from Sofia University "Kliment Ohridski" and a Master's degree in "Law and Policies of the European Union" from the University of Bordeaux IV Montesquieu, France.

She is fluent in English and French.

Tsvetomir Kalchev joined "Pension Assurance Company - Future" JSC as Director of "Information Systems" in October 2018. Before that, he had over 17 years of experience in the field of information technology in several pension insurance companies, where he held both expert and directorial positions.

He holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University.

He is fluent in English.

Mihaela Vasileva joined the team of "POD-Budeshte" JSC in 2019 as the Head of the "Internal Control" function. 

She holds a master's degree in the specialty "Economic and Financial Control" and a bachelor's degree in "Insurance and Social Affairs" with a specialization in "Actuarial" from SA "D. A. Tsenov - town of Svishtov. She has many years of experience in the field of supplementary pension insurance, including as an employee of the Financial Supervision Commission. She participated in a number of national courses and seminars related to the supervision of financial institutions and internal control.

She speaks English, uses Russian.
